Sacred song - workshop

We hold the power of frequency within our own body alchemy - the voice.

Both the ancient and native ancestors knew all too well the glorious power of sound within our innate vocal ability.

From Beta (alertness) to Alpha (relaxation) Theta (meditation) to Delta (healing sleep) all these states are achievable through sound and frequency.

Today we have all experienced the profound effects of music in our everyday lives.

Sound can influence us in a myriad of ways, be it a rampant high energy dance track, or the graceful sleep-inducing properties of a sweet lullaby.
